摘  要:针对Al_2O_3品位为16.68%的甘肃某红柱石选矿厂的微细粒矿泥,进行了1次剪切絮凝浮选试验,抑制剂苛性淀粉用量为0.15 kg/t,捕收剂烷基芳基磺酸钠用量为3.5 kg/t,辅助捕收剂环烷基油用量为0.3 kg/t,在1 900r/min高速搅拌提供的动能下使微细粒红柱石形成疏水絮团,从而实现与脉石矿物分离,最终获得的Al_2O_3品位为42.26%、回收率为35.72%的红柱石精矿,实现微细粒红柱石的高效富集。动电位分析表明,烷基芳基磺酸钠能够大幅降低红柱石颗粒表面电位,对石英表面影响较小,说明其在红柱石表面有较强的吸附力,而在石英表面吸附强度较弱;pH=3左右时,烷基芳基磺酸钠在红柱石表面的吸附强度达到最大,因此,此时的浮选分离效果较好。接触角测定结果表明,非极性油环烷基油的加入能进一步提高红柱石的表面接触角,强化微细粒红柱石的剪切絮凝浮选效果。In view of fine grained slime with Al_2O_3 grade of 16. 68% from an andalusite dressing plant in Gansu,once shear flocculation flotation test is made. With caustic starch dosage of 0. 15 kg/t as inhibitor,alkylarenesulfonate dosage of 3. 5kg/t as collector,naphthenic base oil dosage of 0. 3 kg/t as auxiliary collector,fine andalusite start to hydrophobic flocs under high speed stirring of 1900r/min to realize the separation of andalusite and gangue minerals. By this method,fine andalusite concentrate was effectively enriched with Al_2O_3 grade of 42. 26% and recovery of 35. 72%. Zeta potential tests showed that alkyl aryl sulfonate could reduce Zeta potential significantly on the surface of andalusite,while has little effect on quartz surface.It showed that alkyl aryl sulfonate had a strong adsorption force on the surface of andalusite,and weak adsorption on the quartz surface; Alkyl aryl sulfonate has the maximum adsorption force on the surface of andalusite when Ph value is 3. Therefore,the flotation separation effect was better at this time. Contact angle studies showed that the addition of naphthenic base oil as an auxiliary collector could increase the contact angle of andalusite and improve the effect of shear-flocculation flotation for finegrained andalusite.
