摘 要:针对气体钻井钻遇地层出水以后泥页岩自吸水导致黏土水化引发的井壁失稳问题,提出了气体钻井泥页岩表面仿生处理工艺技术,研制了一种仿生泡沫处理液。室内综合性能评价表明,该仿生泡沫处理液具有良好的泡沫性能,其抗盐、抗油、抗温、抗岩屑污染能力强,同时展现出强效、持久的泥页岩抑制能力。采用该仿生泡沫处理液处理后的泥页岩岩样,可将泥页岩表面的润湿性能由亲水性向疏水性转变,从而起到阻止地层水液相侵入泥页岩地层内部的目的,大幅度提高泥页岩在清水中的强度,达到维持泥页岩地层井壁稳定的目的。After formation water production during gas drilling,the shale self-absorbing effect can cause clay hydration and finally result in wellbore instability. To solve this problem,a biomimetic treatment technology of shale surface was proposed,and a biomimetic foam treatment fluid was developed. The experiment results in laboratory show that the biomimetic foam treatment fluid has a good foaming property and strong resistance to salt,oil,high temperature and cuttings pollution,and it has also powerful and persistent shale inhibiting capacity. After treated by the biomimetic foam treatment fluid,the wettability of shale surface can change from hydrophilic to hydrophobic to prevent formation water from invading shale,significantly improve the strength of shale in fresh water and maintain the stability of wellbore.
