摘 要:选用航空润滑油基础油癸二酸二异辛酯(DIOS)为研究对象,借助高温氧化模拟加速装置,模拟了DIOS航空润滑油基础油高温工作环境,利用GC/MS检测了不同温度下油样的微观组成,并根据物质结构分析了DIOS高温衰变机理。结果表明,油样中可检测小分子化合物的种类及含量随反应温度的升高而增多,反应温度越高,油样衰变程度越大;对反应机理的探讨结果显示,DIOS在高温和氧气作用下会发生热裂解、热氧化和热聚合反应。热裂解反应包括酯的六环裂解和酯基间长碳链的裂解,生成酸、烯烃和各种活性中间体,生成的烯烃和活性中间体在氧气的作用下发生热氧化反应生成醇、醛和酸等生色化合物,同时自由基通过碰撞发生偶合和歧化反应生成不饱和单酯、饱和单酯、双酯以及分子量较大的聚合物。The high-temperature work environment of aviation lubricant base oil Diisooctyl sebacate( DIOS) was simulated by means of thermal oxidation accelerated simulator,the microscopic composition of DIOS samples at different temperature was detected using GC/MS,and high temperature degradation mechanism of DIOS was analyzed according to its structure. The result shows that the types and content of the small molecule compounds detected in the oil samples increase with the rising of reaction temperature,and the higher the reaction temperature is,the deeper the degradation of oil sample is. Under the action of high temperature and oxygen,DIOS will undergo thermal pyrolysis,thermal oxidation and thermal polymerization. The thermal pyrolysis,including the cleavage of six rings of esters and the cleavage of long carbon chains between esters,will generate acid,olefin and various reactive intermediates. High-temperature degradation mechanism of DIOS is that under the action of oxygen,the generated olefins and reactive intermediates may result in a thermal oxidation reaction and produce alcohols,aldehydes,acid and other chromogenic compounds. Additionally,free radicals undergo coupling and disproportionation through collision and generate unsaturated ester,saturated monoesters,diester and polymers with relatively large molecular weight.
