摘 要:针对城市外河道水位与城市排水管网水流相互影响的问题,将外河道纳入城市雨洪系统中,采用水动力学方法进行外河道、管道内的汇流演算,构建了街道、管道、外河道3层结构的城市雨洪模型,模拟不同外河水位条件、不同洪峰遭遇条件对管流运动过程的影响。结果表明,外河水位较高时,会对管网水流有顶托作用,特别是当管道出流处于完全淹没状态时,管网排水能力将大大降低;当外河道洪峰与管道洪峰叠加相遇时,推迟外河道峰现时间,可减少外河水位过高对管网排水产生的不利影响。In view of the interaction between the water level of outside river and the flow of urban drainage pipe network, the outside river is included in urban drainage system to study the interaction. The hydrodynamics method is adopted to calculate the conflux of outside river channel and the pipeline and an urban drainage network model with three layer mode of street, pipeline and outside river is built. The model can simulate the pipe flow motion process in different river levels and flood peaks. The simulation results show that: (a) the high water level of outer river has backwater effect on pipe flow, especially when the pipe flow is submerged discharge, the capacity of drainage pipe network will be greatly reduced; and (b) when river flood peak is coincided with pipeline flood peak, the postponing of river flood peak time can reduce the adverse effect of high water level of outer river on pipeline drainage.
