摘  要:电晕老化可能导致硅橡胶使用寿命和防污闪效果下降,为了研究硅橡胶材料在电晕作用后的老化特性和使用寿命,选取纳米复合室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)和高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)两种材料,在实验室模拟交流电晕老化环境,研究了电晕放电对两种硅橡胶综合性能影响,讨论了电晕放电对RTV和HTV的绝缘特性破坏效应。分析了不同硅橡胶在电晕作用下介损、电阻率、耐热性能的变化规律,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱技术对RTV和HTV的老化特征进行了比较研究,寻求了新的参数来评估硅橡胶电老化程度,尝试对硅橡胶电老化寿命进行了定量评估。结果表明,典型特征峰红外光谱吸收峰面积结合聚合物电老化寿命公式可以描述硅橡胶电老化程度,纳米复合RTV的电老化寿命约为普通HTV的1.63~1.84倍。Corona aging may lead to the decline of the life length of silicone rubber and its effect of anti-pollution flashover.In order to study the aging properties and service life of silicone rubber materials after corona, nano composite RTV and HTV were selected to simulate the corona aging environment in the laboratory. Moreover, the influence of corona discharge on the insulation properties of RTV and HTV was discussed. The changes of dielectric loss, resistivity, and heat resistance of different silicone rubber under corona were analyzed; the aging characteristics of RTV and HTV were studied by combining SEM and infrared spectroscopytechnology. New parameters were selected to evaluate the degree of aging of silicone rubber. The electronic life of RTV and HTV was quantitatively evaluated. The results show that the peak lifetime of the characteristic peak infrared spectroscopy combined with the polymer aging life formula can describe the degree of aging of the silicone rubber, and the electrical aging life of the nanocomposite RTV is about 1.63~1.84 times of the ordinary HTV.
