摘  要:为研究高电导率雾对染污绝缘子交流闪络特性的影响,在人工气候室内采用高压微雾加湿法和固体涂层法模拟XP10-160型悬式瓷质绝缘子串污秽湿润过程,并通过人工污秽试验获得了绝缘子闪络电压与盐密、雾水电导率的关系曲线。研究结果表明:绝缘子污秽闪络电压随雾水电导率的增大而降低,且当原有绝缘子表面盐密值较小时,雾水电导率对其闪络特性的影响更为突出,并可以将雾水电导率对绝缘子闪络特性的影响归结为附加盐密系数。文中利用Comsol Multiphysics软件仿真计算了不同电导率雾下绝缘子的空间电场分布规律,得出高电导率雾主要通过改变绝缘子表面污秽度影响绝缘子的污闪电压。In order to study the effect of high conductivity fog on AC flashover characteristics of the contaminated insulator, we simulated the process of pollution getting wet of the XP10-16 suspension porcelain insulator by solid coating method and high-pressure micro-fog humidification method in the artificial climate chamber, and obtained the relation curve of insulator flashover voltage and the salt density or the fog conductivity by the up-and-down method. Research results show that insulator's flashover voltage decreases with the increase of the fog conductivity, and the influence of the fog conductivity is more remarkable when the salt density value is low, and the fog conductivity can be affected additional salt density coefficient. After the distribution of electric field in space of the insulator is calcultaed under different the fog conductivity values by Comsol Multiphysics software,it is concluded that high-conductivity fog mainly influences the flashover voltage of insulator by changing the degree of pollution on insulator surface.
