摘  要:为研究油浸式变压器局部放电特高频检测技术的信号量化标定问题,在人工模拟变压器内搭建了典型局部放电的缺陷模型并进行相关实验研究,同时提取了4种在不同放电电压下的油中典型缺陷的局放视在放电量和特高频信号积累能量作为标定特征量,并对其关联性进行比较分析。研究表明,4种典型缺陷的特高频信号积累能量与其视在放电量平方均存在较好的一次函数关系,且油纸绝缘缺陷的类型与外加实验电压的大小均会影响标定回归曲线的拟合优度,因此对于特高频信号的标定评价必须考虑具体的放电类型与条件进行综合考核。研究结果丰富了变压器油中局放的特高频检测数据库,为油中局放特高频标定的进一步研究提供有利参考。In order to quantitatively calibrate the characteristics of the UHF partial discharge(PD) detection technology in oil-immersed transformer, we built a model of common PD defects and performed the relative experiment research in artificial imitating transformer. Meanwhile, we extracted the apparent discharge magnitude and accumulated energy of PD signals as a calibration characteristic when the four defects in oil under different discharge voltages, and comparatively analyzed their relationship. It is concluded that the accumulated signal energy has a linear relationship with the square of signal discharge, moreover, the goodness of fit of calibration regression curve can be influenced by the type of oil paper insulation defect and the amplitude of experiment voltage, thus the specific types and conditions of PD must be considered in UHF signal calibration. The results enrich the database of UHF detection in transformer oil and provide favorable references for a further study of calibrating UHF signal's discharge quantity in oil.
