摘  要:对45°型万能铣头主轴空间角度的精度特性及其影响因素、检测和调整方式进行了分析;根据万能铣头5个特殊角度位置精度检测值,推导出各修正环节修正量的综合计算式,并确定了精度调整程序,从而有效提高万能铣头精度调整的准确性和效率;分析和论述了主轴角度空间特性,确定了最终误差方向的选择原则;同时提出了广义误差量、广义修正量和主轴角度变化空间等新的技术参量和概念,对系统分析和理解万能铣头精度特性和调整计算及工艺方法具有意义。经实践验证,上述分析计算和调整方法行之有效,可成为一种工艺规范。The precision characterstics and its influence factors as well as test and adjustment means about space angle of main spindle of 45 °type universal milling head are analyzed, and the comprehensive calculation formulas about corrected amount on corrected links are inferred on the basis of check value about preci- sion in five special angles of universal milling head, also the order of precision adjustment are made sure, so then, the accuracy and efficiency of precision adjustment about universal milling head are ad- vanced effectively. The characterstics about space of main spindle angle are analyzed and discussed, and the selection principles about direction of final deviation are made sure. Moreover, the new parameter and concepts of the generalized error amount, the generalized correct amount and the change space of main spindle angle are put forward that are useful to system analysis and comprehend of precision char- acterstics and adjustment means about universal milling head in 45°type. It is verified by practice that the means of analysis calculation and regulation above - mentioned are effective, and can become a process specification.
