摘 要:针对目前激光雕刻设备控制系统在硬件结构上依赖于PC机,控制成本高,通用性差,应用对象单一开放性差等缺陷,提出了一种基于Delta机器人轻量级激光雕刻系统。微控制器硬件平台,丰富的函数接口使其自身在数据处理和人机交互方面都不再依赖PC机,内部SPI总线实现与外设的数据交换,与传统设备相比有更高的开放性和性价比,减小了控制系统体积。控制器价格低,但通用性好可应用到并联机构的控制上,使得运动更加平稳,惯性小,精度高。试验表明,该控制系统稳定可靠,满足激光加工系统的控制要求。The present laser engraving equipment control system on the hardware structure is dependent on the PC,which has the defects of high cost,poor universality and poor application objects. This paper proposes a lightweight laser engraving system based on Delta robot. Rich function interface makes the micro controller hardware platform not rely on the PC while in date processing and human-computer interaction.Comparing with the traditional equipment Delta robot has a higher open system and cost-effective,besides,internal SPI bus is responsible for data exchange and peripherals which reduces the volume of control system. The price of the controller is low,but the good commonality can be applied to the control of the parallel mechanism,which makes the robot's movement more stable,low inertia and high precision. The experimental results show that the control system is stable and reliable,and meets the requirements of laser processing system.
