摘  要:针对无缝内衣防电磁辐射面料的市场需求,通过织入不同比例的镀银纱线开发具有防电磁辐射效果的针织面料。介绍了面料的编织工艺及参数,设计了分别加入1、2、4、8路镀银纱线进行编织的4种针织面料,测试并分析了面料的电磁屏蔽效果。优选4路镀银纱线编织的面料推入市场,并给出日本检测机构对面料洗涤前后屏蔽效果的检测结果。结果表明,4路镀银纱线配置的面料能够有效屏蔽1 000MHz的电磁辐射,屏蔽效能可达20~40 d B。In order to meet the market demand, the seamless underwear knitted fabric with anti-electromagnetic radiation effect was developed by knitting different proportions of silver plated yarn. The knitting process and pa- rameters of fabric were introduced. Four kinds of knitted fabrics, which were knitted with 1, 2, 4 and 8 paths sil- ver-plated yams respectively were designed, and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of fabrics were tested and analyzed. Preferably, the knitted fabric with four paths silver-plated yams was pushed into market. The shield- ing effects of these fabrics before and after washing were given by Japanese inspection organizations. The results show that the fabric with four paths silver plated yarn can effectively shield the electromagnetic radiation of 1 000 MHz, and the shielding effects can reach 20-40 dB.
