摘　　要：介绍绢丝在双面大圆机上编织针织物时的用纱要求,采用8.3 tex×2的绢丝,在双面大圆机上开发一款新型提花面料。文中介绍了菱形与立体空心方格两款提花面料的原料规格、设备参数、组织结构、意匠图、织针排列、三角排列,给出了面料的基本技术参数。该系列提花面料表面具有几何图案效应,悬垂性好,手感光滑、细腻,适用于春秋T恤衫、休闲装、时装面料。The knitting yarn demands of spun silk that knitting on double jersey circular machine were intro- duced. A new type of jacquard fabric that was made of 2x8.3 tex spun silk was developed on double jersey circu- lar machine. The material specifications, equipment parameters, structure, artistic conception drawing, needle ar- rangement, cam arrangement and three-dimensional hollow square jacquard fabric were introduced, and the basic technical parameters of the fabric were given. This jacquard fabric has geometric pattern surface effect, excellent draping, smooth and delicate feeling, which is suitable for spring and autumn T-shirts, leisure wear and fashion fabrics.
