亲水整理剂JL-03对锦氨针织物的整理工艺

摘　　要：为了改善锦氨针织物的吸水性及服用性能,采用自制的亲水整理剂JL-03对锦氨针织物进行整理。探讨了亲水整理剂JL-03用量、p H值、定形温度、定形时间对整理效果的影响,测试并分析了整理后织物的毛细效应、白度、手感、弹性及耐洗性能。结果表明,亲水整理剂JL-03对锦氨针织物最佳整理工艺为:亲水整理剂JL-03用量为40 g/L,p H值为5,定形温度为170℃,定形时间为60 s;亲水整理剂JL-03可以提高锦氨针织物的吸水性,改善织物的手感,同时具有良好的耐洗性,并且不会对织物的白度及弹性造成明显影响。The hydrophilic finishing agent JL-03 is a self-made hydrophilic finishing agent, which is used to improve the water absorption and poor wearability of the nylon spandex blended knitted fabric. The effects of con- centration of JL-03, pH value, setting temperature and setting time on the fabric were investigated, and the capil- lary effect, whiteness, hand, elasticity and washability were tested and analyzed. The results show that the optimum finishing process of hydrophilic finishing agent JL-03 on nylon spandex blended knitted fabric is that the best con- centration of hydrophilic finishing is 40 g/L, pH value is 5, the setting temperature is 170 ~C, and setting time is 60 s. The hydrophilic finishing agent JL-03 can improve the absorption of nylon spandex blended knitted fabric, improve the fabric hand, at the same time has good washing fastness, and no obvious influence on the whiteness and elastic fabric.
