摘　　要：为实现模杯文胸碗口工艺设定的规范化,在深入了解模杯文胸的款式、罩杯、材料、结构等方面的基础上,介绍缝制工艺、热贴合工艺、超声波工艺3种工艺手法在模杯文胸碗口的运用,从暗合工艺、码边工艺、双针工艺和包边工艺详细介绍缝制工艺的运用,从直接贴合工艺、非直接贴合工艺介绍热帖合工艺的应用,一定程度上规范了模杯文胸碗口的工艺设定,为模杯文胸产品的开发提供参考。In order to realize the standardization of the process design of molded cup bra edge, based on the in-depth study of molded cup bra from styles, cups, materials and structures, it presented the application of tailor- ing technology, thermal bonding technology and ultrasonic technology in molded cup bra edge. It discussed the ap- plication of different tailoring technology from implicit sewing process, overlock process, double needle process and binding process. Besides, it introduced the application of the thermal bonding technology from direct bonding and indirect bonding process. This paper normalizes the technology design in molded cup bra edge in a certain extent, which gives reference for the development of molded cup bra product.
