摘 要:高校食堂废水水量和水质波动较大、动植物油含量较高,污染严重。采用生产性规模反应器,考察了重力隔油/电凝聚气浮工艺对高校食堂废水的处理效果。结果表明,该工艺能够高效处理餐厨废水,在电流密度为30 A/m^2、HRT为20 min时,对动植物油、SS和COD均有较好的去除效果,主要出水水质指标可达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》(CJ 343—2010)。该生产性装置的处理水量为1 m3/h,运行费用为0.2~0.3元/m^3,投资费用约为4.5万元。重力隔油/电凝聚气浮工艺具有低能耗、低成本、高效率等优点,可作为餐厨废水处理工艺。Cafeteria wastewater is a severe pollutant to environment, with fluctuation in wastewater quantity and quality, and high concentrations of animal fat and vegetable oil. In this paper, a full-scale reactor featured oil separator/electrocoagulation flotation process was utilized to study the removal efficiencies of animal fat and vegetable oil, SS and COD in college cafeteria wastewater. The results showed that, the oil separator/electrocoagulation flotation process could treat cafeteria wastewater effectively. The removal efficiencies of animal fat and vegetable oil, SS and COD were satisfactory when the current density was 30 A/m2 and HRT was 20 min. After the treatment, the main water quality indexes could meet Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers (CJ 343 -2010 ). This pilot-scale process could treat 1 m3 wastewater per hour. The operating cost was 0.2 - 0.3 yuan/m3, and investment was about 45 000 yuan. Low energy consumption, low cost, and high efficiency make the oil separator/ electrocoagulation flotation process promising in treating cafeteria wastewater.
