摘 要:污泥焚烧处置的难点在于如何降低污泥含水率和提高泥饼热值。为此,采用竹粉作为骨架构建体替代石灰,以阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和Fe Cl3为协同化学药剂调理污泥。通过测定污泥比阻、毛细吸水时间及滤饼的有机物含量和含水率等,探讨竹粉及协同化学药剂对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,竹粉主要发挥骨架构建体作用,在30%的最佳投加量条件下,可使污泥的压缩系数降低24.6%;相比石灰调理,泥饼的有机物含量从44.9%提高到65.6%,适宜污泥焚烧处置;竹粉协同化学药剂调理污泥时,污泥比阻、毛细吸水时间和泥饼含水率均明显降低。基于中试结果和运行成本分析,认为竹粉作为骨架构建体调理污泥的可行性较高。A major challenge in sludge incineration disposal is how to decrease the water content and increase the fuel value of the sludge cake. This study adopted the bamboo powder as the skeleton builder in combination with cation polyacrylamide (CPAM) and FeCl3 and investigated its impact on the specific resistance to filtration (SRF), capillary suction time (CST), organic matter content and moisture content of sludge cakes in sludge dewatering process. The experimental results showed that the sludge compressibility was significantly reduced by 24.6% when applying bamboo powder as the skeleton builder. The sludge dewatering performance was improved and the moisture content was decreased at the optimal dosage of 30% bamboo powder; especially, the organic content of the sludge cake that was con- ditioned by bamboo powder increased from 44.9% to 65.6%, which indicated that the sludge was suit- able for incineration. CST, SRF and moisture content were further reduced with the addition of CPAM and FeCl3. Based on the pilot-scale experiment and the cost analysis, it was found that the bamboo powder could substitute quicklime as the sludge conditioner and facilitate the sludge dewatering process.
