摘 要:针对生物医药企业排放的废水成分复杂、污染物浓度较高且不易降解等特点,设计了六种组合工艺方案进行中试研究。结果表明,以改良型UNITANK生化处理系统为核心,辅以"混凝气浮/臭氧氧化/水解酸化"强化预处理、"石英砂过滤/活性炭吸附"深度处理的组合工艺对该类废水具有较好的处理效果,出水水质可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准。臭氧氧化前置预处理可以有效提高医药废水的可生化性,保障组合工艺对废水中有机污染物的去除效果。The pharmaceutical wastewater has characteristics such as complicated constituents, high pollutants concentrations and low degradab ed in the pilot study. The results showed that, biochemical treatment system as the core, with fication process as the enhanced pretreatment, ility, etc. Six combined processes were designed and test- the combined process which utilized a modified UNITANK a coagulation - air flotation - ozonation - hydrolysis acidi- and a sand filtration -activated carbon adsorption process as the tertiary treatment, had a desirable effect in the treatment, and the effluent quality reached the first level A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants ( GB 18918 - 2002). The pre-ozonation pretreatment could effectively improve the biodegradability of pharmaceutical wastewater, and ensured the removal efficiency of organic pollutants in wastewater by the combination process.
