摘  要:在超高层足尺试验塔上,采用DN110硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)伸顶通气系统排放粉碎后的厨余垃圾时,低楼层区域所出现的正压过大现象成为限制该排放系统性能提高的主要原因之一。在该系统的基础上,将立管底部两个DN110的45°弯头替换为DN110×DN160的90°大曲率变径弯头,探究改变工况后,在模拟高层住宅排放系统中正压过大现象是否得到缓解,以提高DN110立管系统的排水能力。试验表明,改变工况后系统的最大正、负压明显减小,其中最大正压缓解显著,使系统排放性能提升。同时采用先排放5 s清水再投加垃圾的排水方式可以有效减少系统底部垃圾淤积情况,并有一定的正压缓解效果。In a super high-level full-scale experiment tower, when using DN110 (PVC-U) top ventilation system to discharge kitchen waste, high positive pressures at low floor areas is one of the main reasons limiting the drainage performance of the system. On the basis of the system, two 45° elbows at the bottom were substituted by a DN110 × DN160 90° large-curvature reducing elbow, to relieve the high positive pressure in the simulated high-rise residential system. The results showed that the maximum positive and negative pressure of the system was noticeably reduced, and the maximum positive pressure was significantly alleviated, which improved the performance of the system. At the same time, discharging water for 5 s before releasing kitchen waste could effectively alleviate blockage at the bottom of the system, as well as a certain amount of positive pressure relief effect.
