摘 要:采用等离子喷焊技术在Q235钢表面制备了Fe55合金喷焊层。借助金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机,研究了不同VC添加量下喷焊层的显微组织、物相、硬度变化及磨损性能。结果表明:未添加VC时喷焊层表层组织主要由团状马氏体、奥氏体组成;添加VC后组织转变为针状马氏体+Fe-Cr相,且大量白色颗粒状VC、V_2C和白色块状Cr_7C_3、Cr_(23)C_6等碳化物弥散分布于基体之中,形成韧基体+硬质相组织。随VC含量的增加,喷焊层的硬度及摩擦系数先增加后下降。当VC添加量达10%时,喷焊层的显微硬度最高,较未添加VC时提高了约300 HV0.5,摩擦系数最低,磨损量最小。Fe55 alloy spray-welding layer on the surface of Q235 steel was prepared by plasma spray welding. The microstmcture, phase, hardness change and wear resistance of spray welding layer with different VC content were studied by metallographic microscope, X ray diffractometer, microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The results indicate that the surface structure of spray welding layer without adding VC is mainly composed of bulk martensite and austenitc. After the addition of VC, the microstmcture is transformed into acicular martensite +Fe-Cr phase, and then a large number of white granular VC,V2C and white massive Cr7C3, Cr23C6 and other carbides disperse in the matrix, which can form ductile matrix + hard phase structure. With the increase of VC content, the microhardness and friction coefficient of spray welding layer increase first and then decrease.When the addition of VC is 10%, the microhardness of the spray welding layer is the highest, which is 300 HV0.5 higher than that of sprayed layer without the addition of VC, and the friction coefficient is the lowest, the wear mass loss is the smallest.
