摘 要:某风电机组用35VB钢高强螺栓发生断裂失效。应用直读光谱仪、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机、洛氏硬度计、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等分析测试手段,对其进行了宏观形貌、化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击性能、楔负载、硬度、夹杂物、脱碳、微观组织等研究,分析了35VB钢高强螺栓断裂失效的原因,提出了预防和改进措施。结果表明:35VB钢高强螺栓断裂失效是该批次螺栓在制造过程中热处理工艺控制不当。此外,螺纹牙底存在半脱碳层,亦是螺栓的薄弱环节。The fracture of 35VB steel high strength bolt in a wind turbine occurred. The macro-morphologies, chemical composition, tensile properties, impact properties, wedge load, hardness, inclusion, decarburization and microstructure of the alloy were investigated by using direct reading spectrometer, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and other analytical methods. The cause of fracture failure of 35VB steel high strength bolt was analyzed. The prevention and improvement measures were put forward. The results show that: the fracture of 35VB steel high strength bolt is improper control of heat treatment process during the manufacture of this batch bolt. In addition, there is a half decarbudzation layer at the bottom of the screw thread, which is also the weak link of the bolt.
