摘 要:目的运用以过程为导向的小组督导法(Process oriented group supervision,PGS),对在手术室实习的护生进行全程措施干预,达到提高学生的实习质量和职业认同感目的。方法参照护理部实习计划,将2015年在手术室实习4周的护生152名随机分为实验组74名和对照组78名。由研究者参阅相关文献自行设计个人基本信息表、学生与带教老师之间满意度相互评价表,采用裴艳(2007)编制的护士职业承诺量表,由手术室教学组的组长在实习结束时,详细说明填表注意事项,采用当场发放问卷填写和回收;由带教老师填写的表格,在学生实习结束1周内完成。数据采用SPSS 17.0统计软件包进行分析。结果两组学生在技能考核、学生对带教老师评价、职业承诺分值等方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对座谈会形式总体认同较高。结论以过程为导向的小组督导法,对在手术室的实习护生进行全程措施干预,可降低因临床老师的带教能力不同而造成教学质量的差异性,提高学生的实习质量,增加了对手术室护理的职业认同感。同时也体现了高责护士的专业价值,增加了其职业认同感,达到教学相长,促进了教学质量的进一步提高。Objective To improve nursing students' practice quality and occupation identity by full course intervention using the method of process oriented group supervision(PGS)in operating room.Methods According to the internship program set up by the nursing department,158 nursing students in year 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Basic personal information form,mutual satisfaction evaluation form between students and teachers were set up by the researchers.The nurse occupation commitment score were set up by Yan Pei(2007).The questionnaires were distributed and collected by the teaching group leader after students' internship.Detailed instructions were also given to fill in the forms.Forms filled in by the teachers were completed one week after students' internship.Data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0statistical software package.Results There were statistically significant differences between the male and the female,and in the skill evaluation,student's evaluation to teachers,occupation commitment score between the two groups(P〈0.05).Students in the experimental group had higher overall satisfaction for the seminar.Conclusions By full course intervention using the method of PGS in operating theatre,it can reduce the quality of teaching differences caused by teaching ability of clinical teachers,improve the internship quality of the students,increase the occupation identity of nursing in operating room.It also reflects the professional value of senior nurses;increase its occupation identity,and have mutual benefits in both teaching and learning,so to further improve the teaching quality.
