摘　　要：[目的]探讨城市社区老年人生活服务需求的具体内容,并寻找满足这些需求的解决办法。[方法]采取分层随机抽样的方法对武汉市60岁以上371名老年人的社区生活服务需求进行问卷调查,用文献分析方法和统计分析方法分析调查数据。[结果]老年人生活服务需求较高的前五项内容为组织文化活动(占71.10%)、咨询服务(占69.44%)、参加文体活动(占63.46%)、健身活动(占57.48%)、聊天读报(占47.51%)。[结论]老年人服务需求的内容包括日常照料以及精神慰藉方面,其中精神文化方面的需求比较强烈。为了满足老年人在生活服务方面的需求,需要政府社会多方力量共同努力,并借鉴国外养老服务经验推进养老服务的进展。Objectives To explore the specific content of elderly life service requirements in city community, and find the solution to those needs. Methods This research conducted questionnaire to community life service of 371 aged above 60 years -old by stratified random sampling method, adopted the method of literature analysis method and statistical analysis methods to analyze research data. Results The front 5 contents of aged people life needs were that cultural activity （71.10%）, consultation service （69.4%）, recreational and sports activity （63.46%）, body - building （57.48%） , chat and reading （47.51%） . Conclusions The content of the aged need included daily care and spiritual con- solation, and spiritual culture requirement is stronger. In order to meet aged people life needs, the government and the social forces must work together, and learn from foreign pension services to promote the progress of service for the aged.
