摘　　要：[目的]探讨湖南省高血压病患者的生命质量及其影响因素。[方法]随机抽取邵阳市100例高血压病患者和100例非高血压病患者作为研究对象,使用QLICD-HY V2.0量表测量患者生命质量。采用χ2检验比较人口学特征差异,采用t检验评价生命质量,采用多元线性回归分析生命质量的影响因素。[结果]高血压病患者的生理功能(65.31±9.94)、心理功能(69.60±9.12)、特异模块(60.65±7.96)以及总体生命质量(66.49±5.33)的分值均低于非高血压病患者的水平,社会功能的差异不明显;性别和家庭月收入的偏回归系数分别为-5.629、2.134。[结论]高血压病患者的生命质量相对较低;高血压病患者生命质量的主要影响因素是性别和家庭经济状况。Objective To discuss life quality and its influence factors of hypertension patients in Hunan. Methods Randomly drew 100 cases hy- pertension patients and 100 cases none hypertension patients as the study objects. QLICD - HY V2. 0 scale was used to measure life quality of the patients. It used X2 test to compare demographic difference. T test was used to assess life quality. The influence factors of life quality were analyzed by multiple linear regression method. Results The score of physiological function of hypertension patients （65.31 ± 9.94）, psycholog- ical function （69. 60 ±9. 12）, specific module （60. 65 ±7. 96） and overall life quality （66. 49 ±5.33） were lower than none hypertension patients. The difference of social function was not obvious. Partial regression coefficient of gender and family income was - 5. 629 and 2. 134. Conclusions The life quality of hypertensive patients is relatively lower. Gender and family economic status are main influence factors of life quality.
