摘 要:对1 500 mm×1 200 mm×150 mm双侧带有净浆(未发泡)面层的发泡混凝土墙体1/2缩尺试件进行了轴压力学性能试验,研究了在轴压过程中外部面层和内部发泡混凝土的协同承压能力、面层在墙体轴压极限破坏荷载过程中所起的作用,分析了带面层的发泡混凝土墙体受压极限承载力计算公式。结果表明:当墙体受到竖向荷载为竖向极限荷载的60%以下时墙体基本属于弹性工作阶段,且竖向荷载恒定不变后外部面层和内部发泡混凝土基本可以保证达到共同受力的状态可以进行协同工作;带面层的发泡混凝土墙体的受压极限承载力受面层的影响并不是很大,主要取决于面层和主体剥离界面处发泡混凝土的受压极限承载力;带面层的发泡混凝土墙体轴压破坏时的极限承载力可以用GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》素混凝土结构构件设计中抗压承载力计算。此结果满足于在墙体发生轴压破坏时墙体的极限承载力取决于面层剥离界面处混凝土的受压极限承载力的假定之下。In order to investigate the mechanical property of foamed concrete with surface layer under axial compression, one half-scale 1.5 m ×1.2 m×0.15 m (height, length and width) specimen were tested.It studies the synergistic bearing capacity of external surface layers and the internal foamed concrete in axial compression.The role of the surface layer in the ultimate failure load of the wall under axial compression.The calculation formula of compressive ultimate bearing capacity of foamed concrete wall with surface layer. Experimental results show that when the wall subjected to vertical load is below 60% of the vertical limit load, the wall is in an elastic working stage basically.When the vertical load is constant, the outer surface layer and the internal foamed concrete can basically achieve the state of common force and work cooperatively.The compressive ultimate bearing capacity of foamed concrete wall with surface layer is not greatly affected by the surface layer.The ultimate bearing capacity of the wall depends mainly on the compressive ultimate bearing capacity of the foamed concrete at the peeling interface.The ultimate axial load carrying capacity of foamed concrete wall with surface layer can be calculated by the code of concrete structure design (GB 50010--2010 ).The result is satisfied under the assumption.The assumption is the ultimate bearing capacity of the wall depends mainly on the compressive ultimate bearing capacity of the foamed concrete at the peeling interface.
