摘 要:使用聚丙烯纤维掺入混凝土中以提高材料的各项性能得到广泛的关注,采用绝对体积法设计了喷射混凝土的配合比,完成了9组不同配合比7、28 d抗压,抗拉强度及28 d抗折强度的试验,利用正交试验的方法,考察了纤维长度,水泥用量,砂率和水灰比对混凝土抗压,抗拉及抗折强度的影响。通过系统的分析,得出了各因素对3种强度的影响顺序,结果表明,水灰比对材料的3种强度均具有特别显著的影响,纤维长度对抗拉强度影响显著,砂率对抗压和抗折强度影响显著,而水泥用量则影响较小,最终得到了最佳配合比方案,为喷射聚丙烯纤维混凝土的推广与应用提供依据。It is widely attention that using polypropylene fiber to mix with concrete to improve various properties of the material,it is adopted the method of absolute volume to design the spray concrete mixture ratio, compressive and tensile strength test of 7,28 d and flexural strength test of 28 d with 9 groups have been completed.The influence of fiber length, dosage of cement, sand ratio and water-cement ratio to the compressive, tensile and flexural strength of concrete was investigated by using the method of orthogonal experiment.Through the system analysis, it is concluded that the influence order of the factors to the three kinds strength.The results showed that water-cement ratio has a significant influence on three kinds strength, fiber length has a greater impact on tensile strength and sand ratio has a greater impact on compressive and flexural strength,however, dosage of cement is the least factor.Finally the best mixture ratio scheme is obtained, providing basis for popularization and application of spray polypropylene fiber concrete.
