摘　　要：结合审评实践和国外相关技术指南,从非临床研究方面初步探讨了改良型新药研发的一般考虑,以及不同类别的改良型药物需要关注的问题。The general considerations of the research and development of modified new drugs and issues of special concern about different types of modified drugs are preliminary discussed from a nonclinical perspective,in combination with our review practice and related technical guidelines abroad.
