摘  要:目的系统评价Toll样受体4(TLR4)基因Asp299Gly基因多态性与肺炎链球菌病易感性的相关性。方法计算机检索Pubmed,Cohrance,Embase,CNKI,维普,万方等网站,检索时限均为各数据库建库到2016年7月31日,搜寻符合纳入和排除条件的随机对照研究,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析及相关统计学分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,样本量总计为1456例,其中研究组501例,对照组955例。Meta分析未见TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与肺炎链球菌病易感性相关(等位基因A vs G:OR=1.01,95%CI=0.49~2.07,P=0.98;基因型AA/AG vs GG:OR=0.67,95%CI=0.18~2.48,P=0.55;基因型AA vs AG/GG:OR=1.01,95%CI=0.47~2.19,P=0.98)。结论未见TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与肺炎链球菌病易感性相关。Objective To systematic assess the association between Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) gene Asp299Gly polymorphism and susceptibility to pneumococcal disease. Methods Computer retrieved Pubmed, Cohrance, Embase, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang website. The retrieval time limits were all database building up to July 31, 2016. The results consistent with inclusion and exclusion were randomly comparative researced. RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta analysis and related statistical analysis. Results A total of 5 articles were included, with a total sample of 1456 cases, including 501 cases in the study group and 955 cases in the control group. Meta analysis did not show that the Asp299Gly polymorphism of TLR4 gene was related to susceptibility to Streptococcus pneumoniae (allele A vs G:OR=1.01, 95% CI=0.49-2.07, P=0.98, Genotype AA/AG vs GG:OR-0.67, 95% CI=0.18-2.48, P=0.55, Genotype AA vs AG/GG: OR=1.01, 95% CI=0.47-2.19, P=0.98). Conclusion No TLR4 Asp299Gly polymorphism is found to be associated with susceptibility to pneumococcal disease.
