静脉用药调配中心对肿瘤科不适宜用药干预效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉用药调配中心在肿瘤科不适宜用药干预中的作用。方法收集2015年6月~2016年5月肿瘤科的不适宜用药医嘱300例为对照组,收集2016年6月~2017年5月不适宜用药医嘱300例为干预组,对照组未经干预,干预组经静脉用药调配中心干预。观察两组所用药品费用,患者住院时间及生活质量。结果干预组所用药品费用同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者住院时间同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者治疗后生活质量评分同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉用药调配中心对肿瘤科不适宜用药进行干预,可有效减少药品浪费,降低用药成本,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者生存质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of inappropriate use of drugs in oncology in intravenous orug dispensing center. Methods 300 cases of inappropriate medication instruction in oncology from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as control group.300 cases of inappropriate medication instructions from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as intervention group.The control group was not intervened,and the intervention group was given intravenous medication and central intervention.The cost of the drugs,the length of stay and the quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results The cost of drugs in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The hospitalization time of the intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The quality of life score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intervention effect of inappropriate use of drugs in oncology in intravenous drug dispensing center can effectively reduce the waste of drugs,reduce the cost of medication,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.h is worthy of promotion.
