推拿配合中药治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察探讨推拿配合中药治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2016年4~11月我院推拿门诊收治的100例湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机方式分为A、B两组,A组患者接受推拿配合中药治疗,B组患者只接受推拿方式治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果两组患者经过治疗后,A组患者治疗总有效率98.00%明显高于B组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现影响治疗进行的不良反应。A、B两组患者在治疗前,各项体征指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿配合中药对湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者具有显著治疗效果,可在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of damp-heat type of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Selected 100 cases with damp-heat type of lumbar disc herniation from April to November 2016 in our hospital massage clinic were randomly divided into A, B two groups. Group A was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with massage, and group B was treated with massage. The total efficiency between two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of group A was 98%, which was significantly higher than that of group B （80%）, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the course of treatment, two groups did not appear to affect the treatment of adverse reactions. Before treatment, all kinds of signs of two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic effect on the damp-heat type of lumbar disc herniation, which can be popularized in clinical.
