保护动机理论对脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保护动机理论对脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的影响研究。方法将2016年1月~2017年1月于本院治疗脑卒中康复期患者100例随机分为保护动机组和常规组,各50例,常规组给予脑卒中康复期常规护理,保护动机组在此基础上接受以保护动机理论为指导的延续性护理。统计分析所有患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的情况。结果保护动机组治疗总依从率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);保护动机组饮食管理、健康生活方式、心理及社会适应、定期复查评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后保护动机组总症状及日常生活评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保护动机理论能有效提高脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To discuss the effect of protection motivation theory on the treatment compliance,efficacy and quality of life of cerebral stroke patients in recovery period. Methods 100 pf cerebral stroke patients in recovery period were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in our Hospitals,and they were randomly divided into the observation group （50 cases）and control group（50 cases）,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis were given continuity of care based on protection motivation theory.Statistical analyzed all of patients＇ the treatment compliance, efficacy and quality of life. Results Total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Diet management,healthy lifestyle,psychological and social adaptation,regular review score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The total symptom and daily life scores of observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Protection motivation theory can effectively increase cerebral stroke patients in recovery period treatment adherence, efficacy and quality life,it＇ s worth for further clinical promotion.
