摘 要:目的探讨微波治疗仪在减轻输液外渗肿胀的护理效果分析及临床应用效果。方法选取2015年5~2017年5月在我科输液过程中发生输液外渗的80例患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,对照组接受常规的50%硫酸镁药物湿敷方法,研究组接受微波治疗。分别记录两组患者开始消肿时间、完全消肿时间、VAS评分和不良反应发生情况,于疗程结束后对比分析两组患者的临床治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者的开始消肿时间和完全消肿时间均明显短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过相应的治疗后,研究组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高达97.5%,明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波治疗仪在减轻输液外渗肿胀方面效果满意,同时加强临床护理,可有效地减少静脉输液外渗的发生风险,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect analysis and clinical application of microwave therapy instrument in reducing swelling caused by infusion extravasation. Methods 80 patients occurred infusion extravasation in our department from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study object.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated with conventional 50% Magnesium Sulfate wet dressing method,and patients in study group were treated with microwave therapy.The time of swelling,the time of complete detumescence,the score of VAS and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.At the end of the course,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The initial swelling time and the total swelling time of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,compared with statistical difference (P 〈 0.05).After the corresponding treatment,the VAS score of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was as high as 97.5%,significantly higher than the control group patients,compared with statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Microwave therapy instrument is satisfactory in reducing the swelling of infusion extravasation,and strengthening clinical nursing can effectively reduce the risk of extravasation of venous transfusion,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
