加巴喷丁联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹疗效及对后遗神经痛不良反应的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨带状疱疹患者采用加巴喷丁联合甲钴胺治疗的临床疗效。方法临床纳入100例我院2014年9月~2016年9月期间收治的带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,按随机排列表法分为两组各50例。其中50例患者采用塞来昔布联合甲钴胺治疗作为对照组,另50例患者采用加巴喷丁联合甲钴胺治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者治疗效果、疼痛面积、疼痛程度以及不良反应等。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达94.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者疼痛面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1周、2周、4周疼痛面积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1周、2周、4周疼痛评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.0%、12.0%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加巴喷丁联合甲钴胺对带状疱疹的治疗效果显著,有效改善后遗神经痛症状,减轻疼痛程度,不良反应低,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of gabapentin combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 100 patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random arrangement table,50 cases in each.50 patients treated with celecoxib combined with Mecobalamin treatment were as control group,the other 50 patients treated with gabapentin combined with methylcobalamin treatment were as the observation group. The treatment effect,pain area, pain degree and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was higher than that of the control group with 76%,（P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in pain area between the two groups before treatment （P ~ 0.05）.The pain area of the observation group after 1 weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks was smaller than that of the Control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）.The pain scores of the observation group after 1 weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks were smaller than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 8% and 12% respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of gabapentin combined with Mecobalamin on herpes zoster is significant.It can effectively improve the symptoms of neuralgia,and relieve pain.It has low adverse reactions.h is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
