摘　　要：目的研究透明质酸钠凝胶预防妇科腹腔镜手术后粘连的临床效果。方法选取2013年11月~2016年10月本院的800例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各400例,对照组进行常规手术处理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用透明质酸钠凝胶进行治疗。然后将两组患者的粘连发生率、并发症发生率、外周血白细胞及排气排便时间进行比较。结果观察组中不同手术患者的粘连发生率均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,外周血白细胞低于对照组,排气排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠凝胶预防妇科腹腔镜手术后粘连的临床效果较好,对并发症的防控与术后康复的促进也有积极的临床作用。Objective To study the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in prevention of adhesions after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. Methods 800 patients with laparoscopic operation in our hospital from November 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the study object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 400 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the observation were treated with sodium hyaluronate gel on the basis of control group. Then the incidence of adhesion, complication rate, peripheral blood leucocytes and the time of defecation and defecation were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adhesion in different surgical patients in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the complication rate was lower than the control group, the peripheral white blood cells were lower than that in the control group, exhaust time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in prevention of adhesions after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is better, and it also has positive clinical effect on prevention and treatment of complications and postoperative rehabilitation.
