摘　　要：概述了国内外高校图书馆社会化服务的发展现状,并通过对"互联网+"这一新兴概念的探讨,寻求其渗入高校图书馆社会化服务中的有效途径,多方面提出"互联网+"环境下高校服务社会化的创新途径和针对性方案。为"互联网+"思维下服务辐射社会的高校图书馆建设提供参考。This paper summarizes the current development of the social service of university libraries at home and abroad, and through the study of this new concept ＂Internet＋＂, seeks effective ways to penetrate the social service of university library in many aspects to provide reference for the construction of university library ＂Internet＋＂ under the background of social service radiation.
