浅谈U型管式热交换器的常见故障及检修

摘　　要：热交换器是动力、化工、医药、能源等多种产业部门工业生产中用于各种生产原料间传递热量的一种设备,加强热交换器的日常维护检修对保证设备正常稳定运行、促进产业发展有重要意义。U型管式热交换器不仅具有较好的传热性与承压能力,而且价格便宜,结构简单,目前广泛应用于壳体介质,但容易结垢需经常清洗,而且又不宜使用固定管板式和浮头式热交换器的生产加工场合。主要总结了U型管式热交换器常见的故障,并介绍故障检修方法。The heat exchanger is a kind of equipment for the heat transfer between various production materials in industrial production,such as power,chemical industry,medicine,energy and other industrial sectors.It is necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance of the heat exchanger to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment.,To promote industrial development is important.U-tube heat exchanger not only has good heat and pressure capacity,and cheap,simple structure,is currently widely used in the shell medium is easy to fouling often need to clean,but not the use of fixed tube plate and floating head Type heat exchanger production and processing occasions.This paper summarizes the common faults of U-tube heat exchangers and introduces the troubleshooting methods.
