摘 要:以福建红芽姜品种‘科姜1号’的露天栽培为对照,利用漳州香蕉园及苦瓜棚进行‘科姜1号’的立体套种模式试验,研究不同栽培模式对‘科姜1号’株高、分蘖数、茎叶鲜重、母姜鲜重、子孙姜鲜重、单株鲜重的影响,结果表明:‘科姜1号’与苦瓜和香蕉的套种栽培可同时增加红芽姜地上部分和地下部分的产量,且套种效果为:香蕉-姜>苦瓜-姜>CK。为漳州平原利用香蕉园及苦瓜棚栽培红芽姜提供了一种套种模式。In this paper, we took the open-air cultivation of Zingiberofficinale (wiltd.) I/osc. " Kejiang No. 1' as control to conduct stereo interplanting cultivationexperiment of Zingiberofftcinale ( willd. ) Rose. in banana orchard and balsam pear shed in Zhangzhou. The effects of different cultivation patterns on plant height, tiller number, fresh weight of stem and leaf, seed ginder fresh weight, tender ginger fresh weight and fresh weight per plant of ' Kejiang No. 1 ' were studied. The result showed that interplanting ' Kejiang No. 1 ' with balsam pear and banana increased the yield of aerial part and under- ground part of ginger. And interplanting effect is: Banana-ginger〉balsam pear-ginger〉CK. It provides an interplanting cultivation pattern of Zingiberofficinale (willd.) Rosc. in banana orchard and balsam pear shed in Zhangzhou.
