摘　　要：丁辛醇装置真空系统在采用脱盐水作为循环工作液时,其含油废水排放管线的工艺流程不符合生产废水达标排放,以及辛醇预精馏塔稳定操作要求,根据生产过程中出现的实际情况,结合装置现场对真空系统部分管线提出了改造,有利于生产废水达标排放和精馏系统稳定操作。When the desiccant water is used as the circulating working fluid,the technological process of the oil-containing wastewater discharge pipeline is not in accordance with the discharge standard of the production wastewater and the stable operation requirement of the octanol pre-distillation column.According to the actual situation in the production process Situation,combined with the device site on the vacuum system part of the pipeline made a transformation,is conducive to the production of wastewater discharge and distillation system stable operation.
