摘　　要：分析了内河港口规划过程中进行环境影响评价的重要意义,并结合内河港口的特点,对规划实施过程中带来的环境影响进行预测评价。重点分析了港口规划实施容易产生的环境风险,提出相应预防和减缓措施。This paper analyzes the importance of environmental impact assessment in the process of inland port planning,and combines the characteristics of inland port to predict and evaluate the environmental impact of the planning process.It focuses on the environmental risk of port planning and the corresponding prevention and mitigation measures.
