摘 要:通过建立果子蔓已知品种数据库,了解国内市场上果子蔓品种的现状,为新品种选育提供指导,同时探讨已知品种数据库在新品种DUS测试中的应用。先后共收集了57个果子蔓品种,构建了这57个果子蔓已知品种数据库,分析38个DUS测试性状的变异系数,进行了聚类分析,并对数量性状进行相关性分析。结果表明,果子蔓数量性状的变异系数为6%~21%,平均变异系数为11%,表明果子蔓品种间多样性不够丰富,遗传基础较狭窄。相关性分析表明,所有数量性状间均显著正相关。已知品种库的建立可为DUS测试提供支撑。To investigate the status of Guzmania cultivars in Chinese, a Guzmania cultivars bank was established,and its application in plant new varieties DUS test was studied also. 38 characters of 57 Guzmania cultivars were analyzed. Coefficient of variation, clustering analysis of 38 DUS traits and correlation coefficient of quantitative characters were calculated. CV values of the quantitative characters tested ranged from 6% to 21% with an average of 11%.The results showed the presence of a low level of genetic variability and a narrow genetic basis among Guzmania cultivars. Correlation analysis showed that, all quantitative traits were significantly positive correlation. The establishment of the cultivars bank can provide support for DUS testing.
