摘　　要：癌性贫血,即肿瘤相关性贫血,是恶性肿瘤最常见的并发症之一,严重影响着患者的生存质量,故改善恶性肿瘤患者的贫血逐渐成为研究热点。众多研究表明,中医药治疗该病疗效确切。笔者收集近年来中医药治疗癌性贫血的研究文献,从"虚实辨治"方面对文献进行梳理及归纳,着重体现中医药治疗癌性贫血的作用与价值,为临床治疗癌性贫血提供参考依据。Cancer- related anemia （CRA） is a kind of complication that usually occurs to the malignant tumor which seriously effect patients＇living quality. Improvement of anemia in patients with malignant tumor has become a research hotspot. Many studies have shown that the treatments of this disease by traditional chinese medicine have exact curative effect. This article summarizes research progress on the treatment of CRA by TCM in recent years and analyses the therapies based on ＂ Deficiency and Excess＂. This article is focused on showing the effect and value of traditional chinese medicine on treating cancer -related anemia, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of CRA on clinic.
