摘　　要：从中医整体观念出发,结合小儿的生理特点,介绍婴幼儿痰湿咳嗽的发生与肺脾肾肝四脏功能失调的关系。治疗过程中应补虚泻实、标本兼顾,以促进整体功能的恢复,使痰自消、咳自止。天麻二陈汤具有宣肺止咳化痰,兼以健脾肾、平肝之效,在临床上取得了确切的疗效。Starting from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with thephysiological characteristics of children , this paper introduces that occurred on wet phlegm cough in infants is be connected with the function of lung, spleen, kidney and liver. The process of treatment should be that supplying deficiency and expelling excess, relieing both primary and secondary symptoms, in order to promote the overall function recovery, to make sputum vanish and cough since the check. Gastrodia elata and Erchen Soup has the effect of relieving cough and reducing sputum, and with making spleen and kidney stronger, cutting liver, has obtained the good curative effect in clinic.
