摘　　要：光环境的重要性之一在于其与人的生存、安全有直接的联系,这对老年人尤为重要。合理的光环境设计对老年人的行为、生理和心理能够产生积极的影响,进而改善其生活质量。笔者以重庆地区最常见的养老设施——养老院为例,通过观察记录和问卷访谈的形式,对老年人日常行为活动、生活及活动空间光环境的安全性、舒适性进行实地调查,总结当前养老建筑在采光、照明方面存在的问题,并结合老人视觉特征、行为心理及光环境需求提出相应的设计建议,为后期养老建筑光环境优化设计研究奠定基础。Light environment is very important,which is closely related to people ＇s living and safety,especially for the elderly. Reasonable light environment design can have a positive impact on the behavior,physiology and psychology of the elderly and improve their life quality effectively. Therefore,taking the nursing home as an example,which is the most common pension facilities in Chongqing area,the author made a field investigation on daily behavior habits of the elderly,safety and comfort of light environment in living and activity space using the methods of observation records and questionnaires,and then summed up the problems of daylighting and lighting existing in the current pension building. Finally,a number of design suggestions are proposed combined with the visual characteristics,behavioral psychology and light environment needs of the elderly,to lay a good foundation for the follow-up research on the optimization design of light environment.
