建构现代新常识:《东方杂志》长寿基因的社会文化考察

摘　　要：《东方杂志》有着持续不绝的文化声誉,也是我国近现代期刊史上刊行时间最长的一份刊物。文章重点探究刊物何以具有傲视群刊的长寿基因,指出刊物在多个主编共同形塑下具有超强的稳定性品质,其在期刊连续性方面堪称民国期刊史上的典型与代表——这有历史上的惯性使然,也来源于某种理论上的自觉认识。文章最后进一步揭示,刊物坚持从为现代人未来发展的角度出发提供现代新常识,是其生生不息的根本原因。The Eastern Miscellany is famous for its culture reputation, and also was the most Iongevous magazine in modern China. The article focuses on exploring the reason of its longevity genes. At first, it points out that the magazine is in the nature of stability moulded by several editors, the continuity of the magazine was the model in the Republic of China, which was due to historical inertia, and the theoretic cognition of editors＇. At last, it reveals the reason for its longevity is that the magazine insists providing modern common sense to the readers, which helps them get better development as a modern person.
