摘  要:在家庭能量管理基础上,结合智能电网的负荷调度,基于Android和Java编程设计了面向家庭用户的家庭智能用电管理系统。基于云端储存和通信技术,采用典型C/S架构,搭建了客户端APP、服务器后台程序及数据库和小型智能监测装置三方构成的系统框架,并设计了相应的通信和数据接口。详细介绍了软件程序的各功能模块,展示了面向用户的各类用电信息图线。结合主动配电网概念,通过包含微电源、负荷、储能设备的典型家庭实例,分析了智能用电管理对于降低家庭用电峰谷差的积极作用。应用效果证明,家庭智能用电管理系统能对新型主动家庭负荷进行综合优化调度,具有广阔发展前景。Based on the HEMS, combining the load scheduling of smart grid, an Android-and-Java-based household intelligent electricity management system was designed for home users. The system is based on cloud storage and com- munication technologies. Adopting typical C/S architecture, a system framework composed of the client APP, the server daemon and database and the small intelligent monitoring devices was built, and the corresponding communica- tion and data interfaces were designed. In this paper, each fnnction module of the software program is introduced in detail, and all kinds of the user oriented power consumption information graphs are displayed. Combing with the con- cept of active distribution network, this paper analyses the positive effect of the intelligent power management on re- ducing the peak and valley difference of household electricity through a typical household example which has micro sources, loads and energy storage devices. The application effect shows that the household intelligent electricity man- agement system can conduct synthetically optimal scheduling on the new active household load, which has a broad development prospect.
