摘　　要：近年来随着我国城镇化建设的不断推进,大量农村劳动力转移分化,无人种地的问题随之出现。加快培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型职业农民,就显得尤为重要而紧迫。在分析宁波对培育新型职业农民队伍的现实需求,并指出其现存的基础条件后,提出宁波刚刚全面铺开的新型职业农民培育工作中存在的问题,进而说明健全宁波新型职业农民培育长效机制的对策建议。In recent years, with the continuous advance of urbanization, a large number of rural labor migrates to different urban areas, which leads to the no farming issues. There comes the urgent necessity of the cultivation of specialized professional peasants who are knowledgeable, technical and able to run their own business. The paper analyses the actual requirement for the cultivation of new farmers in Ningbo, and points out the problems in the current cultivation system in Ningbo with regards to the existing training infrastructures. The paper also put forwards the long-term countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of a professionalized peasant team in Ningbo.
