门诊药师对一例临床胶囊型化疗药物儿童用药分剂量问题的解决与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胶囊型化疗药物在儿童用药分剂量中的相关问题。方法介绍分析我院药师协助1例神经母细胞瘤患儿临床中服用替莫唑胺胶囊过程中精确分剂量问题的具体解决过程。结果药师运用相关药学知识,科学合理地解决了如何让该患儿安全有效地精确分剂量服用替莫唑胺胶囊。结论药师在解决临床实际用药相关问题中发挥了重要作用。Objective To discuss the related issues of sub-dose of capsule chemotherapy drugs for children.Methods The specific solving process conducted by clinical pharmacists on howto take accurate sub-dose of temozolomide capsules for a pediatric patient with neuroblastoma in our hospital was analyzed. Results Clinical pharmacists,with their relevant pharmacy knowledge,provided a reasonable solution to the problem of howto ensure safe,effective and accurate sub-doses of temozolomide capsules for children. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in solving clinical medication issues.
