摘　　要：氯氮平是非典型抗精神分裂的代表药物,在治疗精神分裂疾病中起到重要作用,临床实践发现,不同个体对氯氮平的反应有较大差异,研究表明,遗传因素是导致氯氮平疗效产生个体差异的重要原因之一。本文就氯氮平的基因遗传多态性研究进展进行综述。Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug which plays an important role in schizophrenia. However,it was found out that different patients had different responses after taking clozapine in clinical practice. Genetic factor may be one of the explanations of this phenomenon. Now,we try to discuss the advances of genetic polymorphism of clozapine.
