脂氧素和乌司他丁对脓毒症内皮细胞Ang表达的影响对比观察及作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脂氧素和乌司他丁对脓毒症内皮细胞Ang表达的影响对比观察及作用机制。方法选取2016年1~12月我院收治的脓毒症患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组应用乌司他丁治疗,研究组应用脂氧素和乌司他丁治疗,对比两组患者的内皮细胞Ang表达情况。结果治疗前两组患者的Ang表达无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组Ang-1表达显著高于对照组,Ang-2表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的肾功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的凝血功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脓毒症患者应用脂氧素和乌司他丁治疗,能够降低内皮细胞Ang表达水平,改善患者的肾功能以及凝血功能相关指标,有利于改善患者预后及生活质量,临床上值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of lipoxin and ulinastatin on Ang expression in endothelial ceils of sepsis and its mechanism. Methods 60 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with ulinastatin. The study group was treated with lipoxin and ulinastatin. The Ang expression in endothelial cell between the two groups of patients was compared. Results There was no significant difference in Ang expression between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. The expres- sion of Ang-1 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment. And the ex pression of Ang-2 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the renal function of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no sig- nificant difference in the coagulation function between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, After treatment, the coagulation function of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of lipoxin and ulinastatin in patients with sepsis can reduce the expression of angiotensin in endothelial cells, and can improve the renal function and coagulation function of patients. It is helpful to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients and worthy of appling in clinical praetice.
