优质护理在家族性乳腺癌中的应用效果及对负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在家族性乳腺癌中的应用效果及对负性情绪的影响。方法选取2014年3月~2016年12月期间在我院进行治疗的133例家族性乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用优质护理,比较两组的并发症、依从性和负性情绪。结果对照组的并发症发生率为54.55%,依从性评分为(26.24±7.28)分,SAS评分为(55.73±6.58)分,SDS评分为(56.62±7.15)分;观察组的并发症发生率为25.37%,依从性评分为(32.33±7.41)分,SAS评分为(37.29±6.77)分,SDS评分为(38.78±6.54)分,观察组的依从性较对照组高,并发症发生率、SAS评分和SDS评分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对家族性乳腺癌患者应用优质护理具有良好效果,能够减少并发症发生,提高患者的治疗依从性,缓解患者焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,值得广泛临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing in familial breast cancer and its effect on negative emotion. Methods 133 patients with familial breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2016 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given quality nursing care on the basis of the control group. The complications, compliance and negative emotions were observed in both groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the control group was 54.55%, the compliance score was（26.24±7.28）, the SAS score was（55.73±6.58）, the SDS score was（56.62±7.15）. The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 25.37%, the compliance score was（32.33±7.41）, the SAS score was（37.29±6.77）, the SDS score was （38.78±6.54）. The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence rate of complications, SAS score and SDS score were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing care for the patients with familial breast cancer has a favorable effect, which can reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve the patients＂ treatment compliance, and relieve the negative emotions of patients such as anxiety and depression. It is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
