摘　　要：经济全球化促进高等教育国际化,同时高等教育国际化也成为经济全球化发展并行的主流思想。经济全球化中通行的各项规则同样制约和规范着高等教育。在这样的背景下我国的高等教育不仅仅有必要观念创新,理论创新、科技创新、还必须要有制度创新。Economic globalization enhances international development of higher education and the latter has also become the main stream in thinking being paralleled with the former one. Various practical rules concerning economic globalization have restricted and standardized higher education. It is an urgent need to pursue creation in ideas, theories, science and technology as well as in systems.
