摘 要:采用CFX软件对浓密机给料井内的流体流动进行模拟,附加无反应组分输运方程研究流体停留时间分布(RTD),并考察了操作参数和结构的变化对RTD的影响。结果表明,随着给料流量的逐渐增大,给料井内的死区会减少,混合流与柱塞流会逐渐增多。此外,隔板安装高度的变大与过流面积的减少都会减少给料井内的死区区域,提高给料井的利用效率。CFD was applied to conduct numerical simulation on the flow field in feedwells.The RTD (residence time distribution) in the reactor was studied by using species transport equation with no reaction.Effects of operating parameters and structure sizes on RTD were investigated.The results show that increasing the feeding flow can reduce the dead zone and increasing the plug flow and complete mixing flow.And it is found that increasing the installation height of clapboards and decreasing the flow area can reduce the dead zone and increase the utilization efficiency of feedwell.
